Return Policy

Before you proceed, please ensure that the item you are about to return:

a. Remains in brand new condition
b. Has not been washed or damaged
c. Still retains its original tags

Adhering to these guidelines ensures a seamless return process and enables us to promptly process your refund or exchange. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to withhold refunds or exchanges unless stated otherwise.

LOCAL RETURN (MALAYSIA ONLY)

Option 1: Free Courier Drop-Off Service

To utilize our free courier drop-off service, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our online return specialist via email at return@whattowear.com.my to initiate the return process.
2. Fill out the provided Return Form, which is attached to your parcel, and await the issuance of a drop-off shipping label.
3. Securely pack the return item along with the completed Return Form.
4. Print the provided Shipping Label and drop the package off at your nearest Ninjavan Branch.
5. Once we receive your return items, our team will inspect the condition. If everything is satisfactory, we will proceed with the refund process. For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched to you via post.

Option 2: Drop-Off at Outlets (Free)

For drop-offs at our outlets, simply follow these instructions:

1. Locate the designated Online Returns Box within our outlets.
2. Deposit your online orders into the provided box.
Note: No refund or exchange can be done within the outlet, HQ will issue your refund or exchange during office working days.

Reimbursement & Processing Time:

Upon confirmation of your return application, you will receive a cash refund equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item, credited back to your bank account. Please note that the duration for this reimbursement may vary, typically taking a few days to a week, depending on the selected payment gateway. Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Additionally, please be informed that FPX transfer is not auto-refundable. Kindly fill out your bank details in the Return Form for us to manually refund you. All manual refunds will be processed every Wednesday.


INTERNATIONAL RETURN

International parcels are eligible for return and refund ONLY. Return delivery fees will be borne by customers.
